What is 360 Degree Feedback?

It works by using a set of positive leadership behaviours based on your organisation’s Values, Attributes or Competencies. These are then rated by your circle of colleagues, including: your manager, your peer group, your direct reports and other stakeholders. You also rate yourself from your own perspective. Plus, your colleagues may also give you specific feedback about how they think you can become even more effective.
